Infused with salt and essential oils, inhaling the salty air (known as halotherapy) has health benefits particularly for the respiratory system and skin.
The chamber features a quartz centre piece which helps increase energy (chi) whilst bringing more balance and harmony to your life. Heated to 45-50c.

Finnish Sauna

The Finnish sauna has a number of healthy effects on the body, it helps raise defences against infection, has a strengthening effect on the immune system, it also has a positive effect on those who are suffering from varicose veins and subsequent cold showers activate the circulation.
The sauna heat causes an enhanced blood circulation which may alleviate skin diseases. Relaxation of the muscles assists the recovery of problems related to the muscles and ligaments. The heat also has a positive and soothing effect on the respiratory tracts.
The hottest of our rooms. This dry room is great for deep muscle relaxation. It will make you perspire, so please sit or lay on your towel whilst enjoying the heat. We suggest you wear slippers or flip flops as the floor will be hot.

The hydrotherapy jets, thoughtfully positioned, create gentle currents that massage away tension, aches, and pains, leaving you in a state of pure bliss. Whether you seek solace in the quietude of a morning swim or prefer the enchanting ambiance of an evening lounge under the stars, our heated vitality pool is your year-round oasis.

The benefits of steam rooms have been known for thousands of years. The 40° - 45° C heat opens the pores to aid detoxification.
The heat and humidity may bring health benefits ranging from aiding stress relief to body cleansing, to soothing aching muscles or arthritis with the added benefit of essential oils to influence your mood.
Enjoy the essence of the day to relax the mind and body, the heat combined with humidity is a perfect way to detoxify the body and cleanse the skin.

Our new treatment rooms have been built within the original farmhouse of our spa hotel in leafy Cheshire. Where you will enjoy a relaxing hour long and all-natural Spa treatment.
We have 3 stunning treatment rooms, 2 for double massages if you wish, and one for single massage use for some much needed me time.
