Stables Bar & Grill

For Stables Bar & Grill reservations we will require credit card details to guarantee the booking. These details are taken through our payment system, which is fully PCI compliant. Cancellations and changes in numbers must be notified to us at least 48 hours before your reservation time, or a non-refundable cancellation fee of £10 per person will be taken from the credit card supplied at the time of booking.

We are unable to do tables larger than 8 unless all guests are guests of the hotel.

Due to the demand for reservations, we reserve the right to release your reservation without notice if deposits are not received within 14 days of the booking.

Pre-order is required for tables of 8 or more people, 2 weeks prior to the date.

Ballroom

For the ballroom party nights, a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the point of booking to hold your reservation. Due to the demand for reservations, we reserve the right to release your reservation without notice if deposits are not received within 14 days of the booking.

Party Nights are payable in full two calendar months prior to the date of the event with full pre-order required 2 month prior.

Payment can only be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Deposits and full payments cannot be refunded. Cancellation of prepaid dates cannot be credited to your party’s account.

The Hotel may cancel the booking at any time and without obligation to you in the event that you do not meet the deposit payment schedule or the hotel or any part of it is closed for reasons beyond the hotel’s control. In such events, we will refund you in full any monies you have paid to us.

Groups of less than 10 guests may be asked to share a table with other parties. This only applies to Ballroom bookings.

Accommodation at our discounted rate is the full payment at the point of booking. The cancellation policy is 4 weeks' notice.

The Hotel reserves the right to change any of the cabaret acts and entertainment listed due to situations beyond our control and to cancel any of the events listed due to lack of numbers.

The dress code for all party nights is smart casual.

Guests must be 18 years or older for all ballroom events

All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

New Years Eve

Bookings for New Year’s Eve (Ballroom and Stables Bar) are all payable in full by no later than 31st October 2024 along with a full pre-order.

Groups of less than 10 guests may be asked to share a table with other parties. This only applies to Ballroom bookings.

Guests must be 18 years or older for all New Year's Eve events.

Spa Bookings and Spa Breaks

For Spa half-days, full days, twilights, and spa breaks, full payment will be taken at the point of booking to hold your reservation. Payment can be made only by credit or debit card.

The cancellation policy is 48 hours before arrival.

Drinks Menu

To purchase the drinks packages available in this brochure, they must be pre-ordered and paid for two weeks prior to your event. Once ordered they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note the discounted offers will not be available on the night.

Accommodation booked on our Christmas Bed and Breakfast Rate is payment at the point of booking, they are fully refundable up until 1 month prior to arrival.
