everything you need to know

Your Pregnancy Spa Experience

We want you to feel confident and comfortable enjoying our spa during your pregnancy.

Our aim is to offer a nurturing environment where you can relax, rejuvenate, and feel supported every step of the way.

Booking and Treatment Options

Specialist Treatments

After your first trimester (12 weeks), you can choose from our two specialist pregnancy treatments - Yummy Mummy, or one of our tailored Facials. Each treatment is adapted to your needs; for example, our therapists will adjust the bed to ensure you’re supported and comfortable throughout your session.

Early Bookings

If you choose to book during your first trimester or within the final two weeks before your due date, please note that an additional disclaimer may be required, and certain services might be modified or unavailable.

We always recommend consulting with your GP or midwife if you have any questions about your treatment options. While some modifications may be necessary to ensure your well-being, our team is dedicated to making your experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Enjoying Our Spa Facilities Safely

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Here are some guidelines to help you make the most of your visit:

Thermal Experiences

If you enjoy our saunas, steam rooms, or hydrotherapy pools, we suggest limiting sessions in temperatures higher than 40°C to 5–10 minutes at a time. Afterward, take a break in a cool area, relax, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Cool Experiences

You’re welcome to enjoy our spa areas at your discretion. However, for your comfort, you might want to avoid extremely cold experiences such as the ice plunge bath, drench shower, or bucket shower during pregnancy.

Salt Shed Advisory

While the salt shed is a unique experience, we recommend enjoying other facilities if you’re sensitive to prolonged heat or essential oils.

Listening to Your Body

Your well-being is paramount.

Should you feel lightheaded, too warm, or experience any nausea during a treatment or while using our facilities, please alert a member of our team immediately. We’re here to help you transition to a cooler area and ensure you remain comfortable and safe.

We believe that with these positive adjustments, you can fully enjoy a nurturing and safe spa experience during your pregnancy.

As always, if you’re ever unsure about any aspect of your treatment or facility use, we encourage you to consult with your GP or midwife beforehand.

Enjoy your visit and take this time to relax and rejuvenate - you deserve it!
